		<description>Derek,

As a somewhat OCD developer, I appreciate the succinctness and organization of your site (including how it translates to mobile), as well as your coding explanations and samples. I&#039;ve visited the site several times over the last couple weeks while working through a new SQL Server 2005 project, and even if/when I didn&#039;t find the exact answer I thought I would find (based on Google results), I always stayed and found something ELSE that was useful. That&#039;s always a plus, oh, and worth the [+1] click!

Job well done, sir! Many thanks.
